*Refund Eligibility:*

- If there is an issue with the quality of the bowl you received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the issue to assist in our review.
2. *Incorrect Orders:*
- If you receive an incorrect order (wrong item, missing items, etc.), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to correct the mistake as quickly as possible.
3. *Cancellations:*
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
*Non-Refundable:*

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after the order has been delivered.
2. *Late Claims:*
- Refund requests made more than 24 hours after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
